A Call to Prayer

For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. (John 14:14).

For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. (Mark 11:23)

Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority (a prominent place) that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence (dignity). (1Timothy 2:1, 2)

All things are possible if we have faith and will pray according to the will of God. There is a time to ask and there is a time to speak declarations to the mountains. I have asked and seen miracles; I have spoken and seen leaders removed from office.

The Spirit of Jesus is calling for individual and corporate prayer. Will you dedicate yourself to making prayers, supplications, intercessions and giving of thanks? Will you as the Spirit leads speak to mountains and see them cast in the sea?

Let’s take up the sword of the Spirit and use it in making request and in making declarations. Those given to prayer must do both. If you will submit to the Spirit He will teach you how to use the Sword of the Spirit; He will teach you when to ask and when to say. Jesus will respond and miracles will occur and mountains will be removed.
